Online - friendly game $0.20/$0.40
UTG: $125.2
MP: $79.4
HJ: $213.2
CO (Hero) : $89.2
BU: $105.6
SB: $28.9
BB: $131.7
Pre-Flop: ($0.60) Hero is CO with A♣ 7♣
UTG raises $2, MP calls, HJ calls, Hero raises $8.4, UTG calls, MP folds, HJ calls.
Flop: ($27.8) Q♣ 3♣ 7♠ (3 players)
UTG raises $10, HJ calls, CO re-raises $30, UTG folds, HJ calls.
Turn: ($97.8) Q♥ (3 players)
MP raises $73.3, CO ?
MP won a prior hand all in with full house against my nut flush. Consider both of us to be quite aggressive and often re-raise each other after the flop.
I wonder if you guys have any read on this play and whether we are beaten here?

This is like a live hand. A 5x open from UTG, 2 calls, then a 3-bet with a weak hand using a size that's sort of small for the situation, followed by 2 more calls. Then a small flop donk and call, followed by another too small of a raise.
Probably just call or fold this pre. It's not a horrible call if you can nutmine in what appears to be a very fishy game. I would size up my 3-bets in this game and go more like $10 with a very strong linear range, this hadn't would be one of them.
If I did get to the flop this way, just shove. A pot sized raise is to $67 at this point and you have $79 behind, just rip it all in. If you can get a queen to fold that's gravy, but you have tons of equity vs. Qx hands on the flop.
On the turn you're sort of screwed. The Q coming heavily taints all your outs. You are getting about 3:1 on a call, which is probably not enough if he usually has a queen when he takes this line. That's up for you to decide.
