I think your cbet sizing is good and I wouldn't bet anything bigger than that because you'll only be relying on fold equity if you bet bigger. A made hand will not fold. But I like x/c or x/f depending on the sizing of villain's bet more. But definitely a fold with that big of a raise.

The thing is villain can have pair+FD's that we are 50/50 with but he can also have sets and already made flushes Kx/Qx/Jx (probably won't raise Ax flushes) and the only hands we beat are 9x of which he probably won't raise! So while at first glance we think, overpair!! Our overpair is way behind his raising range. Fold.
