    I pretty much 3bet/call pre always here vs a 37bb stack.

    I like the flat preflop when you've got a fishy BB that will call with any garbage. I don't think it's worth risking those implied odds to commit yourself pre vs. someone who has an exploitably narrow PFR range. Postflop is fine.
