utg is a 18/13, RFI 17/23/17/22/37 over 711 hands, not showing much positional play understanding?

do you raise? and if so, is it a shove?

raise all in. there is so many missed draws/air in your range. He could take this line/call all in with AJ, QQ, AKh, AA

Call. Villain easily bets here with a lot of misses draws and pairs. However, given that villain is UTG, the range of likely hands that would call your all in raise are:

AK
KJ
AA

77
JJ
KK

In total, there are 5 hands in villains range that you beat and 9 that you loose against. Thus, I think a raise all in is -EV.

Ah I see, so we raise all in, meaning villain will fold his air and call with his boats. Some new age poker thinking going on there.

Snapcall, raising is ridiculous.

Just call there is no point on raising it since we will only get called by better hands.

I wonder what's the EV of calling, folding and 3-betting this hand PF...

I'd assume that 3-betting is better. And call or fold are pretty much the same EV-wise !? (Assuming u have decent skills post-flop).

Calling certainly is not standard... but who says standard is the most +EV line ?

I'd like to hear you guys thoughts on this.

Post-flop I think calling down is fine. Not sure a NIT like this will call with many worse hands here.

Definitely not folding.
However this is a pretty stong line from 18/13, big river leads tend to be nutted hands. KK 77 JJ all possible. So I I'd just flat. It's not like he has very many hands that he plays like this that could call a shove AhKh comes to mind but that's just one combo. And he might not lead that after you took such a strong line.

Pretty sure AKhh/KK/JJ cbets the flop. Looks an awful lot like 77 though.

Also yeah, 3bet or fold pre.

+1

I don't get why it's such a bad move to flat IP, it's not like I'm calling down if an ace comes. I have position and I think I can play better than him post.
