Trips vs full house on AA245 board, did I misplay my hand?

Not much data on Villain here, he's running 14/0 over 29 hands. I honestly don't know how I'm supposed to fold here. I mean, if he's bad enough to overcall preflop OOP with A4, then he's also calling with AJ-A6 and I think he'd stack off with those hands postflop too on this board. However, the turn min check-raise followed by the river shove reps super-strength, and there are many hands that beat me. Am I supposed to fold to the river shove?
