yes 3bet pre, Cr flop (since you didnt 3bet and Shove turn .) And of course does need stack sizes

ya stack sizes and some reads are kinda important.

if we are all 100bb and unknown - flop and turn look good, could 3b pre, i'm probably folding river

As played, I'd never fold the river. You underrepresented your hand, so I doubt villan puts you on AK. Sure, he could have a set or KT, but he could also have had a worse K, a FD, or was simply floating with AT-JT. I know you didn't intend it, but by underrepping you're inviting bluffs.
