yo, this is my first post here.

I've been playing micros online for a little under a year now, and I was beating NL2 (~11bb/100 with rake back) over a statistically significant sample using a primarily red line based strategy. Although now that I've moved up to NL5, I am noticing that I constantly lose big pots. I'm losing at about -1800 bb/100 (-$115) in pots larger than 100bb, my red line is winning but my blue line is down severely. I've played 221 pots larger than 100bb over 28k hands. After looking at statistics and my hand history, I haven't really noticed people calling down more often in NL5 compared to NL2, although bias could be affecting my judgement. Either I am on my largest down swing I have had up to this point, or I am just losing because of over aggression.

With this in mind, what strategies would make sense for making a transition from a red line player to blue line? Is that even necessary, or am I just overthinking it? Switching from a hyper aggressive to value driven strategy requires a large overhaul of my strategy I feel. I figure bluffing less often than my instincts, especially on the river, but what else makes sense here? I figure that increasing the frequency at which I go for value (thin or otherwise) could be helpful, but then it seems my frequency's will be very inbalanced and easily exploitable. But also, maybe it doesn't matter that much since its micros? Does anyone have any advice for this dilemma?
