Depends on the sizing, Ill be inclined to call more if a brick comes essentially.

We cant fold tptk to 2.5x raise Ip as well.

V could easily raise two overs here.

Not folding to a raise on the flop as villain can be making this play with a variety of draws or overplaying weaker TPTK hands. Sets are also less likely with two low cards on the flop [wouldnt expect villain to be flatting a 3bet oop with 33s or 44s]. You block pocket 10s. Definitely checking back turn if possible.

agree

was your plan to cbet fold TPTK in a 3bp?
when we are cbetting its best to have a plan in place
if I cbet am I folding to a raise? if so in this case I would be more inclined to check back for pot control.
try and think one step ahead of your actions and your pre flop + post flop situations will become slightly easier IMO

hope that made sense

Because it was a 3B pot, I thought maybe ranges were more narrow, but I totally agree with you guys, this is a super nitty fold!
What turns are we folding to?

prob stacking of verses a non spade/ broad way JQK
ideal card would be for it to pair the board
