Long time lurker coming in to post a hand...

20NL
I got to the table 4 orbits ago and noticed that this villain didn't fold any hands preflop that were limped or raised once, and he never raised a hand on his own pre. Didn't see many of his hands go to showdown though except for this one which I played with him, he seemed quite spewy here...

Hero ?

What would you do against the miniraise, remembering that he has called every hand preflop that wasn't 3-bet but never raised himself? Not much else that I noticed about him as I just got to the table...

Villian probably has same hand as you or better. When the passive guy starts raising its time to fold.

So apparently you guys are saying call or fold, i just cant see myself folding this at this stage for another 1,60 w/ 7 in the pot when I'm not even sure I'm behind. I actually decided to reraise to 10€ - I just had a feeling he was a total ******, I don't know. Is this way spewy in this spot?

reraising at times in this spot is ok, but not against this villain. You said yourself that he's passive and he's raised you on the flop. By reraising to 10, you are letting him play perfectly. He's going to fold hands that you beat, and he's going to call you or overshove with hands that have you crushed.

If the villain was real aggro and liked raising on ragged flops to try to fold out your "whiffed overs" they always put you on, I like reraising to keep him from pushing you around. This isn't one of those villains. Call the reraise, see what he does on the turn.
