Do we b/f this, i'm assuming we would be almost dead versus whatever he raises us with, or should i b with the intention of stacking off

I think we can safely b/f here, 9 lets T9 hit 2pair, KJ make a straight, etc etc. He never raises turn with worse given those stats. Also, for sizing, I would bet 11-12 since he's a fish and you're getting called wide enough anyways.
