Villain stats (82 hands): 48/11, 3b: 8, Aggr Freq: 11/25/44/20
my stats: 22/18, 3b: 6

Merge - $0.25 NL (6 max) - Holdem - 6 players
Hand converted by PokerTracker 3

SB: $26.90
BB: $7.15
Hero (UTG): $38.59
MP: $23.22
CO: $9.16
BTN: $26.50

SB posts SB $0.10, BB posts BB $0.25

Pre Flop: ($0.35) Hero has Q A

Hero raises to $0.75, MP calls $0.75, fold, fold, fold, fold

Flop: ($1.85, 2 players) 6 A 2
Hero checks, MP bets $1.50, Hero calls $1.50

Turn: ($4.85, 2 players) 4
Hero checks, MP bets $4.00, Hero ???

This hand seems odd with the no cbet but I'm trying to figure out if this could be a legitimate line against someone who plays a lot of hands. If you think there's a good chance villain has a flush draw, mid pp, tpwk how much would you raise ott? If you flat ott what kind of cards do you want to see otr? fold the turn?

You want to raise/fold turn?

And if he calls what would you do on heart, J-T river, Againt bet/fold?

I think that this line OOP is clearly -EV, you have not enought info. And this is possible vs 40/30 with high AF and AFq to ch/call nuts.

Checking just makes this hand so much harder to play, he can have such a wide range. If you just bet it yourself you would have gotten value from worse aces and you could've gotten away from your hand easily if he'd raise you with a set.
Calling turn, hoping for a non heart river but probably snapping of most of them.

Against a loose player you want to value bet at every opportunity. If he has a better hand he'll let you know. By checking the flop you just make it awkward for yourself.

B/F flop (without special reads)...Def B/F turn....This is standard line
Now I see, this guy is an aggro fish so bet and if u saw him overplay TP,call him all the way

This. There is NO reason to try to be tricky at these stakes.

So it makes it harder to play when you check because he still has sets in his range when if I had bet and he raises he probably has me beat. yes?

If heart hits otr I'm thinking c/f since there's very few hands he can get value from and my range includes hearts as well. For most other rivers b/f.

They always have "sets in their range". You can't let that make you scared to bet.

Tricks are for kids, I just picked a random spot to find some different lines. Might be a case of mild FPS.

If I think he's aggressive enough to take this line, there isn't a single river I'm folding on. Yes that includes hearts.

If you don't think he will bluff three streets especially on hearts, then I'd rather just bet three streets to get value from Ax and a street or two from 6x / hearts.

This board isn't too scary to bet out on. I'm well ahead of random pairs and fd.

He has a pretty low AggrFreq otr so if he's betting/raising I've got to be worried he has tp beat. What do you think of a blocking bet/fold otr?

Bet flop. Bet turn.

Am i reading this right? 11% preflop aggression frq, 25% flop aggression frq... If that's right then it's not high at all.

Just keep it simple and bet flop for value vs all his worse Ax and 6x, 2x, hearts, pocket pairs, gutshots. He will probably call with all of it I don't see why you would make life difficult for yourself by playing it like this and if those aggression frequencies are correct he can be checking behind flop with most of his calling range so you're losing a ****load of value as well.
