Villain is a 65/14 donk. Villains stats are a good representation for most of my opponents at the table. I am approaching this table with a TAG style of play i.e. waiting for decent hands and value betting all the way.

Poker Stars $0.02/$0.05 No Limit Hold'em - 5 players
The Official 2+2 Hand Converter Powered By DeucesCracked.com

UTG: $6.70
Hero (CO): $9.98
BTN: $3.32
SB: $30.24
BB: $7.10

Pre Flop: Hero is CO with K Q
1 fold, Hero raises to $0.20, 2 folds, BB calls $0.15

Flop: ($0.42) 4 6 Q (2 players)
BB bets $0.65, Hero raises to $2.50, BB raises to $6.90 all in, Hero ???

What range would you put villain on and is this a call?

I think with AQ I would raise this flop, but with KQ I'd just call and let him bet the turn. The range of hands that a loose passive guy is overbetting the pot and 3betting is very narrow but I think it's okay to call this. Do you know how he is playing his top pair hands as opposed to how he's playing his bigger hands?

He seems to do ok against the other seats but they tend to show down everything and for a cheap price. In almost all hands I have come up against villain I have pushed him to fold every time with some agressive cont. and value betting. This is the first time he has come over the top which makes me very curious/cautious.

on the dry board against a passive opponent i think this is a fold. he has aq or an overpair or a set quite a bit, you're beating very few of his nonbluff hands and you guys are somewhat deep
