Villain is pretty massive fish according to SS.
villain called flop/turn bet w/ AT high to get the chip lead. cbet overbet a few times on dry boards also.

Timing on river shove was pretty quick.
fold/shove turn?
fold/call river?

been calling here alot and not sure if i'm just getting lucky or if this line is not as strong as I thought.

Villains turn line & sizing looks like he wants to induce, repping A5 (or 55 I guess). Thing is, from your description, I could easily see villain leading or c/r flop with Ax.

Clearly the river makes no difference to anyone's hand.

I could sorta see villain taking this line with 7h8h. And betting out the busted draws...

I think I'd pay villain out and call river. Shoving turn is probably also ok. Villain could be thinking your FOS having caught you bluffing earlier...

I consider turn donk to be FOS and usually Tx/6x. I flat so villain can do something stupid on the river.

If we're going to raise villain's turn donk because we think they'll actually pay us off or spazz out here with those marginal hands, then I'd rather shove over the raise as flatting looks stronger and allows a scare card to hit the river.

As played river call looks fine.
