TP faces flop minraise and turn shove

I had no stats on villain, was the 2nd hand he played at the table. The minraise on the flop doesn't make much sense imo, and didn't want to reraise because of the rainbow flop. Turn doesn't really change much and he shoves? Can I call here and with what range does he take this line? Line doesn't make much sense imo and I was thinking about a weak Kx?
