I saw him take down a pot with the exact same flop line in a hand before. That's why I called the flop, putting myself in a bad spot OTT. Seemed to play more like a tag rather than a nit, so I thought there were air hands in his range. Too spewy?

If villain is doing this often, I'd x back more hands and bet-jam wider. As played, fold flop. You have enough better hands in ur range.
