Call. Aside from the fact that you are facing a fish, even if you are behind here you are getting the odds to call. Pot is roughly 4.5:1, you have 10 outs (20%) and your implied odds are good. That's without accounting for the times you are still ahead here. The only tough decision you will have here is if you miss and V bets the river.

A reraise won't do much, V is unlikely to fold (being a fish they tend to get sticky even with weak flushes) so the best you can hope for is set on set. The way I see it is, if you call and hit the stacks are likely to go in anyway so there is no need to force it and put yourself in a race.

Depends on how big of a fish he is. If he'll stack many worse hands than 65 just get it in. Also like someone said above, folding is not an option.
