Just seated at a 6-max. By chance I've re-raised pre-flop the first two hands. Again I receive KK. The only read I have is I'm probably perceived as a maniac. I think I played this pretty bad but my question is about the flop. Should I have gone over the top instead of calling? I was expecting the call to be perceived as weak and was going to check-raise the turn.
-Looking back I think I need to protect against the flush and the perceived maniac image might actually help something like TT call my push.
-Also, he could easily have AA, AK, QQ, or a lower set all of which would of gotten me action.
