What hands beat you here? 64 and A4 and I doubt that a 28/22 is calling pre with either of those.

He's saying there is no value in shoving because the villain has exactly A4 or 46 or a bluff.
Therefore if he shoves he'll either win the pot through a fold or lose if called.

I personally couldn't just call here, I would see his raise and pretty much jump out of my seat and shove. A4 and 46 don't make any sense off his line.

I think a shove for value is good here.

A4 is very unlikely since villain would have called two streets with a gutshot. 64 is more likely, but still unlikely given preflop action.

I think a smaller set is well within villain's range here and will call a shove most of the time.

No 28/22 is calling two streets with A4 or 46 imo so that means he's either bluffing missed spades or trying to milk a lower set or 2pr which he is afraid of. I'd shove and laugh in his face if he had a better hand

Shove imo. I'd expect villain to show up with 33/55 more often than a straight.
