If you call the first 2 streets you have to call a river bet. Only hand you were beating that you are now behind is 9-10. As played I would definately call river. People do some wacky stuff at these stakes.

That said...I would definately raise flop to see where you're at. I doubt he would flat a big hand on this drawy-ish flop and you can still get value out of his TPBK hands because he isn't folding.

donk lead flop to see where yr at, TP is often good, if he floats u, reevaluate turn and fire at will if u think he didnt improve!

but look at the hands I loose... 88, JJ, KK, , AA, AK... I don't have reads so how can i know if he fire 3 barrels with hands that are no one of those? by the river I have half stack behind... so I can save my money,,, i really don't know...

Showdown value is very important as players at these stakes are rarely turning their weak TP hands into bluffs. If you raise the flop it looks strong enough to merit him checking down the next 2 streets and you could probably fire a 1/3 pot blocker bet on the river that I doubt he would raise with a hand you are ahead of. Basically raise flop, if he calls and checked turn and it goes brick brick, you can call a river bet. He will check the turn with weak TP hands and if he bets I would just fold. Flop raise doesn't have to be huge, like 2.5x.

I'm fine with this line.
c/c flop, c/c turn, c/f river
or if turn checks through bet the river

What TP hands with a worse kicker does a 17/13 hold here?
You have a strong hand that's ahead of his range but not one I want to be raising the flop with to have him fold his air/pp c-bets or build a larger pot than I want esp with few draws to protect against. If you raise the flop and he calls then the pot is getting too big given your hand, the board and this villain. If you raise and he shoves then it totally sucks.
Despite the strength of your hand in a vacuum (TPGK) you have a small pot hand.

I really don't think against this guy that if you call the 1st 2 streets you have to call a river bet.
