What do you do against 2 players as a pre-flop raiser?

    cbet for value
    we are very likely ahead
fish is coming along with any piece of this board
reg is going to act straightforwardly as the pot is protected

I cbet (cbetted? not sure of proper verb form and got it in after fish re-raised. I am still not sure if it's best line 150bb deep, later i had the feeling that this fish wouldn't re-raise without made flush (it was his only re-raise on flop in 99 hands), but i didn't have this read earlier (or it's still too little hands to have such a read?).

stacking off this deep on the flop is pretty suicidal
I would fold to his raise simply because it looks like he wants to get it in (in which case I assume sets and flushes and few worse hands with good equity - a big spade)

btn's raise is huge and he's not bluffing, this is just going to be sets+flushes and maybe like ksqx although I think thats hopeful.

OK, so my line should be:
      Flop: cbet/fold to re-raise
Turn: cbet nonspade or jack/fold to re-raise
River: cbet nonspade or jack/fold to re-raise
      or other one?
And what with bet-sizing, maybe more then 2/3 (like 3/4) to get value from all the times when fish will chase his draw or call with other 2 pairs or some other piece of the board?
