Poker Stars $10.00 No Limit Hold'em - 5 players
The Official 2+2 Hand Converter Powered By DeucesCracked.com

BB: $10.00
UTG: $11.59
Hero (CO): $11.29
BTN: $19.23
SB: $11.56

Pre Flop: ($0.15) Hero is CO with Q J
1 fold, Hero raises to $0.30, BTN calls $0.30, 2 folds

Flop: ($0.75) J A 7 (2 players)
Hero bets $0.40, BTN calls $0.40

Turn: ($1.55) A (2 players)
Hero bets $1.00, someone playing 50% of hands could call here with jacks down to J5, and TT 88 99, or a seven or flush draws... I think I'm getting tons of value

also whats our plan on the possible rivers?

BTN bets 2$

BTN bets 2$

If he is really that aggro, I would turn my hand into a bluffcatcher, and c/c the flop. C/c this turn too.
As played c/f all of the above rivers

why would I check and have him check behind with a hand like 89 or KT. I think betting is pretty mandatory, at least on the flop. and I despite the title, I think there is tons of value on the turn.

and fold river on all 4 cards? even if the river bricks and none of the draws get there?

please never check call on any street here, betting the turn is fine and standard. I am checking folding to all those rivers.

This is a very strange combination of preflop stats and postflop aggression. I have seen players like this before, and for some reason when they bet after the flop I tend to want to get out of their way.

Could someone give a few insights on how to handle a player like this? Do we simply call down with hands as weak as 2nd pair, even when an ace flops?

there are players who cold call a lot and never raise but bets like a maniac post flop

c/c is completely fine if he is very aggro, so long as his range for putting money in the pot is wider when checked to than it is when you bet then c/c is better.
