Villain is a 28/23 aggressive, competent lag. 3bet of 14% WWSF of 64% WTSD 21% 1.3k hands
We've butted heads a few times this session. He sees me as a 23/19 48% call 3bet.

So basically should I shove or fold turn?

I hate the cbet size. Does he normally cbet a more reasonable amount? He can't really be competent and be even close to breakeven if he cbets that size with air regularly.

So it's most probably a sizing tell. Simply meaning he either has a strong made hand or a good draw that he is willing to go with. Yes QJ is possible but I would be inclined to fold unless the cbet size is some regular thing. And I mean fold flop.

And I hate folding. I especially hate folding pairs in 3 bet pots. But one rarely sees anybody slowdown at later streets after cbetting 95% of the pot in 3b pot. And I dont think a pair of tens is going to be the best hand very often after all the money gies in. But if one calls the flop thwn it should be with the intention of calling him down on most runouts. Calling with the intention of folding to later aggression is burning money after that big of a cbet.

I'd tend to go further than that - calling the flop with the intention of folding a good turn is a problem, but so is calling preflop with the intention of folding on one of our best flops.

I don't think I'd read much into bet sizing without knowing much about villain. I'd be more inclined to be suspicious about his changing the proportion of the pot that he bet on what should be a blank, but meh.

I'm calling turn and probably just calling river. It's possible I've played too much headup though.

His bet sizing is pretty big in most spots in general. He usually knows when to give up but I definitely think there is a good bit of air in his range here. I don't think he would play an over pair like this since I wouldn't likely call these bet sizes and I'm pretty sure he knows that. I'm really only worried about 99 TT(I block) and 9Ts(I block). In game I ended up shoving for this reason and also so that he couldn't draw out on me with over cards.
