I would call the flop check/raise rather than raising. Also I would raise smaller if I did raise, say $0.45 max. That said, you have to call the all-in.

When villain raises here he really has such a narrow value range and plenty of junk he's bluffing with.. So if the majority of his range could potentially be junk all we achieve with our shove is to make villain fold. Whereas if we call we keep villains range wide and allow him to put more money in when we are ahead.

Call flop re-raise to keep Vs range wide as a 3bet really just makes all worse hands fold and better hands continue on a fairly dry board.
