Hey All,

Started playing Online again after a while. I normally play 50/100 in Macau (USD $6.5 / $13), but I am trying to grind online at NL500 with a starting bankroll of $1000.

I ran into this hand earlier today and was wondering on what you guys do? DIdn't have a very good read on villian as I just sat down on the table, but he was playing a bit quick and loose from what I had observed. Didn't have a HUD up so no stats.

Particularly, was my re-raise from the CO good with TT? Secondly, I turned the straight along with a ten high FD / straight flush draw.

Poker Stars $0.25/$0.50 No Limit Hold'em - 5 players
DeucesCracked Poker Videos Hand History Converter

UTG: $27.70
Hero (CO): $50.30
BTN: $40.51
SB: $50.00
BB: $20.00

Pre Flop: ($0.75) Hero is CO with T T
UTG raises to $1, Hero raises to $4, 2 folds, BB calls $3.50, 1 fold

Flop: ($9.25) J 9 8 (2 players)
BB checks, Hero bets $6.50, BB calls $6.50

Turn: ($22.25) Q (2 players)
BB bets $9.50 all in, Hero ???

From an EP raise UTG, i would tend to flat TT.

As played, betting w/ so much equity OTF is fine. I don't think we ever get many folds though.

Imo, call OTT. We're getting 3.5:1 ish, but i'm not too happy.

This is not even worth a topic.... U got a straight + straightflush draw wtf.... 19 bb in 41bb.. and preflop is fine just 3 or 3.5x it ithough 4x in position is overdoing it.

I 3 Bet here for value against SC or Broadways. If JJ, KK, QQ maybe a Flat instead of a re-raise, but if KK or AA there will be a reraise i'll fold.

You don't get to pick and choose the part of his range that your 3bet will work against. You have to decide at the time of the 3bet what you're trying to accomplish against most of his current range.

If most (50%+) of his current range will fold, while at the same time being a favorite to TT, then the 3bet will work as a bluff.

If most of his current range will call/reraise, while at the same time being an underdog to TT, then this 3bet will work as a value bet.

If 3betting gets everything worse to fold and everything better to continue, then the 3bet is usually not the best play.

Well the 3 bet was never intended to fold out worse and better to call so I this is most of the others.

Finally he showed up with 77, one being a diamond. So got value on all streets.
