I've looked at hero BTN vs BB.. Looked at different lines and how equities change with different run outs.. I also play the role in reverse and have hero OOP..
If you want to run your own sims then gto+ etc is the way to go. Like if you want to find solutions against donking or something that doesn't happen often enough to be solved. Gtow and others are just tools to study presolved strategies.

General stats: VPIP, PFR, 3B, WWSF, W$SD

Preflop stats: BB fold to BTN and SB steals, BB 3bet vs BTN and SB steals. Positional folds to 3B and positional 4B.

Flop stats: Fold to CB, Raise CB. CBet, Fold to flop raise.

Turn stats: Probe. Fold to delayed CB. Fold to Turn barrel, turn barrel, fold to probe.

River stats: Bet river, fold river. WSDWBR (Won at Showdown When Bet River)
Just got back into poker recently, been playing 1/3 live and 5nl/10nl on ACR. Here's my graph and stats so far (tried to follow the above suggestions):

Whatever you are doing in bb stop doing that. I would start from there and after you manage to get it to roughly -30bb/100 look other positions. You could allso play simple strat and stop flatting except from bb.

Way too tight with your RFI. Study some preflop charts. BTN RFI should be over 40%, as should small blind.

Played almost 30k hands since the last checkup, and feel like I've made some improvements.

Please take a look and let me know if I'm still doing anything majorly wrong.

I guess it's been a while the only thing I can think is the 3b % from SB and BB seem low mine are both in the double digits. I have a small sample and have to work on it I 3bet to 11-13bbs usually so I thought I was kind of tightish. You might be missing some of the random gto type 3bet bluffs like vs late position all the offsuit broadways want to 3bet a bit maybe 20% for example and that adds up and the suited broadways and connectors all want to 3bet a bit. I'm just starting to get into cash games and wondering about my stats as well:

It looks like I raise too much in early position and should get that lower to 17-18% I just gotta write out some ranges and try to memorize them and I can find spots to get my BU RFI higher to 45-50% it's interesting that at NL10 my small blind steal success is 52.6% which is roughly what it should be with the BB playing GTO I think around 48% should be the success rate. These games aren't as great as I thought they'd be for microstakes.

Hello, I recently made a change in my game, and I was curious about what others thought about my statistics. I am also curious about where to look to improve my game. I play 3table 6max 10NL on ignition, generally with no HUD on.

Pre hand reading stats:

In general, I was not thinking as much during play, and I was making a lot of donk calls and donk bluffs to win hands.
Post-thinking stats:

I have adjusted to the player pool by over-folding and getting loads of value from the top of my range. Here are some of my perceived exploits I have implemented, but I am not sure if these are considered good.
Perceived Strategies/exploits used in second attempt:
  • Checking when I want my opponent to improve or feign weakness, sometimes even checking to the river depending on runout to cash that extra and sexy 50 cent half-pot bet to get value from trash.
  • Targeting specific call ranges when betting
  • Making bluffs look much more reputable and coming across as stronger. Attempting to do this only when it makes sense and there is fold equity. (I have also lost ~5-10 buy-ins by bluffing my stack off and then getting called by 3rd pair)
  • Attempting to merge value bets into a larger range to maximize calls.
  • reraising donk bets a lot more in position
  • Checking more when I have marginal hands and will only get called by better.
  • Betting with entire range at times (Learned from Negreanu vid). Sometimes, I get hero called bottom pair or king high and win confusingly.
  • Devalued Ace trash hands

I am aware that I do not 3bet very much, simply because the fold equity is too high, and my strategy in this game is generally to win in the post-flop battle. But I tend to call too much in the BTN and VPIP is generally too high, but I am not entirely sure the steps to fix it. However, this is something I would love to learn as I like live tournaments a ton.

I know I have a lot of weaknesses, and I have trouble studying. I have a TON of hands tagged where I bluff in the wrong spot, or I make a terrible call. Another one of my problems is I am not sure if these winnings are a fluke at times. I would love some help to level-up my game to become a winning player against tougher opponents. And I would like a recommendation if people think I am ready to move up in stakes and what they think about my current game.

Hey, there!

@meolam asked me to check his database.
Here is my short review, maybe you have something to add

1 Total results

The winrate on NL10 has decreased quite a bit compared to NL2.
It's probably because on NL10, you need to pay more attention to the selection, and some things don't work as well as on NL2.

2 Preflop

Your open raise from EP-CO is too high.
Numbers like this will be fine:
EP 15-17%
MP 20-21%
CO 23-25%.

You're defending against 3bets by calling with the same range from EP-CO (C3Br stat).
This might not be the best approach, so it'd be great if you could find a way to fix this leak.
On a positive note, you've got 4bet bluffs. Keep up the good work!

Fold vs 3Bets OOP is too low. You can fold more hands, making your life easier postflop in this difficult spot.

For instance, I'd fold these hands against a 3-bet. I wouldn't even be open to some of them.
Spoiler:

You don't have call openings on free positions (except for BTN) and that's good. I would give them up on BTN as well.

But the calls on BB don't look very good.
It looks like you are defending the same range against all positions.
This shouldn't be the case and I would recommend fixing this first.
Improve your BB defense and increase your winrate significantly.

Also, figure out your 3-betting, because it looks like you 3-bet against EP more than against MP.
In general, 3bets look too high against early positions.

3 Postflop

The barreling looks good. You have bluffs on the river and that's cool.
Among the disadvantages, you have a very low DelCBet and no CBet-XX-Fold line at all.

You have a low CBet flop, and also a low Check-Raise OOP. You need to work this spot.
Play with a high CBet (this is a simplified strategy, but it still works well on the micro) or play with a low CBet, but in this case, you need to work the Check-Raise range.
DelCBet is also too low.

In general, your game looks pretty aggressive, and that can be a big advantage, but make sure you use aggression against the right players.
Right now, it looks like you're getting hit too often.
Maybe this is because you are bluffing a lot against weak players who are not capable of folding.

Conclusions

Build your preflop strategy, as this is the foundation upon which your entire postflop game is built.

If you often find yourself on the flop with hands that should have been folded, you will make even more costly mistakes that will eat away at your win rate.

Stick to your aggressive style, but do a better job of watching your opponents and taking advantage of their leaks.

I think if you fix this, you will soon become a good NL10-25 regular.

Good luck!
