Usually, solvers advise playing such low boards by checking in SB vs BB spot, as we have no advantage.
But the good news is that on nl10 opponents will not exploit us and as far as I know there is no HUD on Party Poker.
So I would just bet the flop and turn with our hand and let our opponent decide what to do with it.

I like xr or just betting otf. You get folds from hands that dominate you some Q9/JT type of hands and it's pretty much a value raise vs low pairs.

Ott you have odds to call. XR might be better it's very easy for ip to just barrel a ton of GS overacrds, but otoh we don't rep a ton of hands.

Solver XR otf most of the time and pure XR ott.

That's perfectly finely played according to GTO, but I agree with other commenters that you can profitably cbet this flop against the microstakes population with this hands and basically all overcards, as they'll fold a lot of overcards, way more than they should to the flop cbet.

With a hand as low as Jx I prefer to just cbet the flop, and triple barrel this runout - you'll get such a huge portion of BB range to fold at some point. Even some pairs might start to feel the pressure by the river but it's mainly Ax, Kx and Qx that you are going after
