Stack off or fold after check raise?

Live 1/2 7 handed
LJ (£300) opened to £6 and HJ (£70) called
Hero (£500) in BB called with 9c9d (thoughts? - I think TT+ would be a mandatory 3-bet)
Pot: £19
Flop:347ccs
Hero checked - LJ c bet £16 - HJ called
Hero check-raised to £56 and LJ jammed and HJ folded
I raised where I think the board heavily favours my range as I would have straights, sets, 2 pairs and can balance with some club draws.
LJ also seems to have a high c-bet frequency (although the data collected is only for 2 hours so not enough sample)
Should hero stack off here?
Also, do you like my check raise?

I don't play live, so it may be worth taking with a pinch of salt. Pre seems fine vs a raise+call. I suppose you could 3bet too, I think both work pretty well. Flop, personally, I prefer a call multiway, although I'd be much more likely to raise in a heads up pot. I think the raise is marginal, but probably just about OK. Once you get jammed on, it's a clear fold for me. As a rule of thumb, I think you can fold the bottom of your value range to a raise, and I'm not sure you should be raising flop with (m)any worse value hands. Heads-up, you could maybe raise a 7, but multiway, I just don't see it being a profitable play.

3b pre
Not a big fan of c/r/f on this board.
