I know I'm spewing at some point, question is, where?

Villian is 28/24/50 over 25 hands, the only time he's raised or shown cards up to this point was about 9 hands ago, where he hit a set of tens in position, cc'd the flop, raised turn, and raised river (where he got smacked upside the head by a river flush)

Yes, I did look all this up during the actual hand.

Poker Stars $0.10/$0.25 No Limit Hold'em - 6 players
The Official 2+2 Hand Converter Powered By DeucesCracked.com

Hero (SB): $25.00
BB: $24.65
UTG: $26.80
MP: $29.55
CO: $62.75
BTN: $29.35

Pre Flop: ($0.35) Hero is SB with Q A
4 folds, Hero raises to $0.75, BB calls $0.50

Flop: ($1.50) Q J 5 (2 players)
Hero bets $1, BB raises to $3.50, Hero calls $2.50

The only time he's raised postflop so far is when he had the TT set.

But I ruled out JJ & QQ, as he's 3bet twice already into 9 PF raises. (error?)

Leaving me with KQ, KT, QJ, & 55, I reckon. Opinion?

Turn: ($8.50) 9 (2 players)
Hero checks, BB bets $6, Hero calls $6

I called, but I'm not really sure why. The only thing I'm ahead of this point is KQ and bluffs. I can't see in hindsight how this call isn't spew.

River: ($20.50) 8 (2 players)
Hero checks, BB bets $14.40 all in, Hero folds

Reason returns.

Grunch away, boys. Do you call the flop raise, drop it right away, or something else?

Post-hand info (no results):
Spoiler:
I found out afterwards that he flatted his TT hand in position preflop.

Meh spot, its unlikely that he raises many draws on the flop seeing as he has position but hes agro enough to do it I guess. The bad think about calling is that there is a lot of cards he can barrel that make it difficult for us to continue. Obv folding though is weak cos he reps a narrow range and hes very aggro.
