from my experience this is almost never a flush. I probably call b/c we have position and I think we can get more money in by letting him bet turn w/ draws or to protect made hands

call he most likely has a bigger flush or weird tp/set/air maybe a combo draw with K and a gut shot. i'd call ip and see how the hand develops.

you might as well post turn now, this is def a call and re-eval turn situation. not because you are likely behind but because you won't likely get him to get the money in worse than you this deep so 3betting the flop sucks.

yea i agree with this, i'd call. plus it should be very obvious to us what turn/river cards are awful for our hand, so we can play accordingly on future streets.

i'd 3 bet the flop for sure, villain has a set here more often than a flush in my experience (although his line is pretty weird ) so we'd like more monies in the pot by the turn, turn should be a pretty obvious fold against this guy

does a 16/11 even open KJs/J10s utg?

I don't want to stack off for 200bbs against this guy with a 7 high flush. I'd take OP's line and fold turn as played no question.

I'd be very surprised if he's full here. Just a really strange line for a set/AQ to take.

I decided AxKd was a decent part of his range and the rest consists pretty much of higher flushes.

Hero calls $112

River: ($390) Q (2 Players)
UTG checks,

OK, so I guess if he's good he can have Ace here still knowing I'm not calling/raising with anything less than a chop, but he checked very quickly, and it seems river was really bad card for him.... this is a bet right? How much? Shove?

He have to fold 88/flush so a bet have to be the best play?

i'd reraise him on the flop, he raised you weakly and you have the flush.. lots of stuff he could be behind with here, 2p, set, pair + AKQdraw

I will 3 bet 244 or so and ready to call all in, no need to call and sure no credit to fold.

A 3-bet is smart. He likely is on a nut flush draw and you need to give him bad odds. If he calls, you have to tighten up. If he pushes, you have to fold.

With his reaction on the river, it was likely his flush draw didn't work out. So you've got to bet a small amount to try to entice him to call with whatever he may have. This way, you can get away if he raises. Very few players will try a check-raise bluff here.

Bet ~300 on the river.

Haha, the last thing I want is this guy calling.

Almost 0 chance he has a FD here. His range is pretty much nut flush or Aces full.

Idk, I was thinking he's not checking an A very often on the river, you think he does?

After getting so much action on the previous streets, he's no reason to believe he won't get more by straight betting it on the river. I don't see slow-playing worth doing at all. When you mentioned that the Q didn't help him, assumed you meant that he was waiting on a draw. On reflection, it is quite likely he believes his flush was just outdrawn by you holding an ace. So your options are to check and lose or represent the full house which he seems to have already put you on. Shove if you think he is good enough to lay down nut flush.

he can be checking an A to induce, since you always have a draw or a hand that doesn't call the river VB, he can have 88 which you have to bluffoff, and he can also have a flush, and he can have air rarely but I guess it's possible for some FPS.

I really like a check but thats cus even as an FPS king, I usually have this thing against turning strong made hands into bluffs, unless its a super obvious bluff, even if it might be a good spot (which is probably a bad habit).

just seems like he has to have exactly AxKd for a bet to be good, and even then i feel like he folds it most of the time.
