Every statement you make should be funded with a why question. Why are you calling with AJ-AK and small to mid pair hands?
Why are you playing these hands different vs rocks, fish etc. Why is SB the worst position? Why is it profitable to call with these hands, what factors?
When you can answer these with logical statements and fund them with logical arguments, then you most likely will be able to play them profitable post flop depending on the villain you're playing, your table image etc.
