I've noticed on Stars theres a lot more fish at 400NL than 600NL its been tough getting a table without 4 regs on it lately. The only way to find out though is to sit ad try it for yourself

It's the biggest skill difference in limits that I've experienced (I've come from nl25 through nl1000); go play it anyways and see what happens.

sometimes theres not much difference sometimes nl600 is the hardest game running...its a weird level and alot of people just skip it

it has a mix of 2-4 through 5-10 regs and very few fish which is what makes it difficult imo

Well, I was back to 11 tabling the 2/4, but my ****in video card went busto on my other comp for the 2nd time in the last 2 years, so I'll be 6 tabling some 3/6 on this ****in POS that I used when I could still play on party.... I'll give my thoughts after a week or so...

Really the whole idea of levels and how the 2/4 game is different then the 3/6 game which is different then the 5/10 game and what not I don't think is really the right way to look at it. Sure it's true to some extent but you can find players at 2/4 who are as good as some 5/10 regs and some 5/10 players who are as fishy as 1/2 players.

You should focus on being able to beat players, not the "levels". Too many players play the same style no matter what the table dynamic is and this is why they struggle to move up. Your game should evolve in such a way that it doesn't matter what level or table you sit down at. You should be able to assess the players strengths and weaknesses and be able to counter each one's nuances.

most 2/4 regs are nits and at 3/6 you find more LAG regs imo.

2/4 = 5/10
3/6 = 0.1/0.2 = free money

Wow thanks for all the input. I think I will carefully donate a few buyins to see if I can keep myself above water or not.

3/6 is stupid imo. I have no idea why I ever play it. Both 2/4 and 5/10 are generally more profitable.

In my experience 3/6 is mostly regs playin with very few fish. Bad players seem to want to play 400 or 1k for some reason. F 3/6 imo.
