You iso a rec, and get heads up.
What is your sizing strategy assuming they aren't a complete station on the flop...
A. Choose the size that is best for your range on that texture
B. Base it on your hand strength regardless of range and texture; small with bluffs and big with value
C. 50% or higher for more fold equity

Definitely not C - recs MASSIVELY overfold to 1/4th or 1/3rd c-bet sizes and also massively under check-raise (so if you're in position you can way overrealize equity, there's little risk etc) so as benabadbeat once said in a video, our default is range betting small on every board. and then imo we can start deviating from that by doing just enough of A so that they don't notice we're using the A as an excuse to really do B, if you know what i mean
basically just bluff with small sizes a lot and size your value bets to your hand except on boards where you would just so obviously bluff 1/3 (like paired board or k rag rag) that it'd be too insulting to bet big, and ~occasionally~ pepper in bigger bluffs based on board texture or having a good draw as necessary depending on how perceptive the guy seems/how often you face him
