he can have a ton of 2 pair or toppair hands, maybe monsterdraws he's playing weird. ignore the stats on this samplesize.

There are many worse hands in his range. QT, QJ, JT, AQ, KQ, Q9 for example.

Since the board is so drawy, I'd ship it.

I agree with AQ KQ but I think he would bet QT QJ JT on the flop if these hands are in his mp raising range.
