A set of Qs, river decision A set of Qs, river decision

Hello my fellow poker players. I am a casual 2nl player looking for some good advice and I would be happy if you could give me some.

Now what should I do here? I don't have a HUD, so I don't know the villains stats, nor do I have any reads on him. Now I think I played the hand decently until the river, because I read the board to be pretty safe and I let him bet, not wanting to scare him away by raising. And I knew that he wouldn't have the aces, so I wasn't too scared of the river. Now the only hand that would have beat me, was K10, so I wasn't about to fold, I wanted desperately to get it all-in.

Now was I right in my thought process, or was he pretty much saying on the river that: "Hey, I have K10"? Should I have folded on the river, or should I have played more aggressively earlier in the hand?

Well played until the river, raise it more as he either has KT, bluffs, Ax or better here and he's paying off a much bigger bet than your raise size.

    Never fold on the river.
