Don't think you can flop middle set and fold a wet flop. Worst case scenario is 66 so it should be fine.

1. he can also have bottom set 33 / 66 50%/50%

2. so even against his strongest range 66,33,75s you have 47% equity. if to add here some FD, 65, 2 pairs, you are ahead of his range
