You have zero reads and stats on villain? So theoretical range is 100%? Or what you think a "typical" 25NL 6max player shows up with here?

Doesnt matter what he had, you played the hand fine and just because you ran into AA with your KK and that villain is a limp/reraising lolfish preflop doesnt make it any different

Also when we are discussing hands it is interesting to have your thought process and any reads/info on villain. But this hand is fairly standard. with the money in the pot and 2nd largest overpair on a small board where sets are VERY unlikely, you are not getting away from your hand, so just GII as played

sorry guys didn't really structure the post very well kinda just rushed it so I could go out,
yeah didn't have any stats on the guy coz I just thought id take a bit of a stab at 25nl to jump up levels before my time off work comes to a end.
TBH i had him on a whole range of pockets from TT to AA possibly AK , AQs, hence why I pulled the trigger on the flop once he called and turned over 75s i was irate and hence had to post and get a little bit of reassurance that someone else would have played the same way.

yeah iam fully aware i played the hand badly, i should of 4 bet shove but didn't which was crazy coz i was gunna put it anyway on the flop unless an ace came had i done that he mightn't have called.
The reason for throwing this up was more to see if anyone else put him on 75 and tbh to vent a little.

Ah, missed the part about not buying in full, that is offcause lol bad. Honestly dont see why it is so bad to flat the 3bet pre with the intention of GII on the flop. Agree 4bet shove is also very fine, but call then ship on flop i cant see as a big mistake. You WANT opponent to catch a piece of the flop and then being committed to call your shove with a pair. That he catches two pair with 75s is just unlucky. he would ship also with A7 given his line of play

    Because
1 -> on the flop you overshove in blind vs 2 players, thats no good.
2 -> if an Ace hits you will regret not picking up the +EV or dead money preflop.
3 -> chances are huge BB will join the party, and you need to check the flop to be able to check/raise and get it all in. But 3way everybody plays more honnest, so now MP might check behind and a number of ugly cards can come on the Turn, so you can not shove.
4 -> Playing KK 3way in a 3bet pot with a shorter stack (being committed an such) will make you spit up blood on the long run.

Everybody knows people not playing with a full buy in are bad, so use that image by 4B shoving preflop, and getting called bij the BB with TT and seeing the MP fold. Happy times...
