e.g. in the SB vs an MP open, Snowie says to 3-bet 88 and 77, and JTs most of the time. At 2NL/5NL, you'd probably be better off calling with those.
Reserve most of your 3-betting for SB v BTN, where you can indeed go with about 14-15%. Give more respect to UTG and MP opens, and do a little bit of set-mining, and a lot of folding, especially of offsuit dominated Broadways (AQo/KQo etc).
