Villain is nittastic 11/5 over 1K hands at Rush.
Villain likely sees me as loose aggressive --something like 17/15 at Rush 50, ~ 50% steal %.

Full Tilt Poker $0.25/$0.50 No Limit Hold'em - 9 players
The Official 2+2 Hand Converter Powered By DeucesCracked.com

UTG+1: $90.40
UTG+2: $20.25
MP1: $30.50
MP2: $55.65
Hero (CO): $272.90
BTN: $111.60
SB: $95.00
BB: $45.45
UTG: $63.80

Pre Flop: ($0.75) Hero is CO with K A
5 folds, Hero raises to $1.75, 1 fold, SB calls $1.50, 1 fold

Flop: ($4.00) K 9 9 (2 players)
SB checks, Hero bets $2.50, SB calls $2.50

Great flop. I'm c-betting this near 100% of the time regardless of my holdings, so we are pretty much at the top of my range right here. and even though he's nitty preflop he will call me with 10-10, JJ, QQ, KQ.

Turn: ($9.00) 5 (2 players)
SB checks, Hero bets $5.50, SB raises to $17, Hero calls $11.50

The turn comes giving me the nut diamond draw. It also may give him a high diamond draw with a ton of the hands he called on the flop with. Betting here is a must IMO.

The raise really throws me off. He's not calling the flop w/ 55 and then spiking on the turn. There are really no hands he's calling with preflop with a 9 in them, and he's not likely to raise a flush on a paired board OOP this deep. Another reason I think we can discount a flush is that I'm holding the A in my hand, so he can't have the nut flush, and I doubt he's raising on this board.

KK is possible, but extremely unlikely given the PF action & the fact that I hold one of the kings in my hand.

River: ($43.00) 7 (2 players)
SB bets $73.75 all in, Hero requests TIME, Hero calls $73.75

Hero goes "WTF?"
Its Rush, so I don't know if he's tilting or not.---The lines he's taken look exceptionally bluffy.

Trying to formulate a range here and I can't figure it out.

This is a pretty wtf spot and I can't put him on anything, butttt I mean he is never bluffing 200bb deep and being a nit and never Vbetting worse so just sigh fold. Prob had quad 9s.

What's his fold blinds to steal btw? Doesn't really even matter when a nit takes this line, even if it makes little sense I'm just always putting them on the nuts.

I don't understand the turn bet, what high diamond could he have??? The only thing I can see you getting value from is KJ or KQ with the Jd or Qd respectively. I think the turn is an easy check for pot control.

There is tons of value to be had on the turn. QQ w/ a diamond can call JJd, any King calls, not to mention the possibility of him having AK, in which we are freerolling.

Why would we pot control when we are at the top of our range w/ top pair & the nut flush draw?

This.

I like the way villain played his boat. (Rest of the hand looks fine, imo.)

Betting for value on the turn is fine vs his ck/calling range, but I think his ck/raising range narrows enough that you can bet/fold the turn in the face of his raise.

Also, +1 to folding the river, nitting villains tend not to spazz bluff 200bbs on that coordinated a board.

Isn't this like quad 9's just about always and a flush the rest of the time? His range isn't very wide but really... how often is 11/5 bluffing here or overplaying some one pair hand?

I like the turn bet and prolly couldn't fold to the raise with the Ad, but with this river and his overshove I fold river pretty quickly (and I'm a payoff wizard!)
