Suppose he's never folding turn and calls us down 40% OTR after our raise, or fires 60% and calls us 30% OTR after our flat:
Minraise turn: $2 + $1.30 + ~$1.70 + 0.4x$6.00 = ~$5.40 EV
Flat turn: $2 + $1.30 + 0.6x~$3.00 + 0.3x$4.00 = ~$6.30 EV
