he could be barreling or bet/folding a worse two pair often enough to make this call if you think he is playing aggressively vs you.

shouldnt the question be is this a puke nit call, or a standard shove? just shove and make a bbv cry post, or if he views you as super nitty (ie: wil bet/fold say AT here) just call river and look long and hard at yourself in the mirror until you have a revelation about poker!

edit: whatever you do, dont puke, and definately dont fold

shoving seems def too thin though if he has the Ac i can kinda see him being like 'wtf i call'

how wide is he pre UTG? your perceived CO calling range should be pretty tight right?

If he has AK on the river theres no way he can vbet it

other worse vbets:
A4s A5s ATs, only 3 possible combos, and A4/A5 very unlikely to bet that big, so Ill account for only 1 worse vbet combo. (He folds ATo pre y/n?)

For stronger value hands he's got (approx #combos)
Axcc (6), other flushes (2), sets (9), KJs (2); 19 combos

Same hand is possible for sure, 4 combos.

Let x be the #bluff combos. To break even on a call:

(1+x)*855 - 19*400 + 4*227 = 0

Or x about 7.

If he has 7 bluff combos you should call. Assuming QJ KQ and Ac-low never bluff river, which is not for certain, you are trying to find 7 combos among low sc's / spades. Most likely bluff combos seem to be 76s (3), 87s (3), 98ss(1). If you think he would almost always play those this way, it's a call. If you think it's really unlikely he opens 76s UTG and barrels, it's probably a fold.

He raises pretty wide UTG, I have him around 25%, but not a big sample.

Results oriented post?

Not sure how you could ever contemplate folding here, and I'm not shoving.

although i think its a call for basically what internet said; derek has been around these games for a long time, are you shot taking? i would assume hed give you decent credit for a strong range here if he thinks that. most people that are shot taking 5/10 think theyre going to get bluffed off every hand... could be negligible, just some food for thought i guess.

I don't play that much 5/10 on FTP and haven't played much with him either, not sure what he thinks about me.
