Is the flop a bet or a check? I think heads up I bet my hand pretty much always, but I'm not sure how much I accomplish betting into 3 people, and I figure by checking I give myself a hand that can continue if someone bets on most turns.

River is obviously at least a call IMO, should we just flat or jam? His stats were on the tighter side so I didn't think I was going to run into a junky Q too often, and I felt like AQ would be 3bet at least occasionally. In addition, we are blocking all broadway spades. Are there still enough queens/worse flushes to call, or are we only getting snapped of by Ax of spades and boats?

Given stack sizes, if you jam BB has to call about 4 into a pot of 14, he's not folding flushes, might get crying Qx occasionally

BB might be wide depending on how he likes to play multiway from the blinds, 22 and 99 both possible, poss Q9, as you say AQ probably raises and there could be some nut flushes

Prob close but gut instinct is that stack size is most important factor here

    I'm checking this flop

with k8s i would raise, but kj blocks too many bluffs and good flushes i think, otoh, its easy to find bluffs here, so... it's not that obvious, and villain should 3bet 99 and a lot of his axs hands, but it's theory, if you are not crazy bluffing this river, then call is std and raise vs smaller bet
