1/2 or 2/3 pot you could go all in and you can get called rarely by pocket pairs 99, 66, J9 including AA which i dont agree with or you could value bet smaller and get called 100% time by 99, 66 + often enough by top pair ace and other weaker hands

I think that a non-jam overbet gets more calls from marginal hands than a shove does, because everyone shoves the nuts, and a smaller overbet looks like you're trying to steal the pot without risking all of your money.
