BB was 44/13, but only after 16 hands, so that means nothing really.

The preflop might be a little loose from me but I tend to raising my blind buddy when i sit down a little to find out what makes him tick. This was our first blind battle, but my real question is when i get to a river that's scary like this, what's to do?

I feel like his range here is, flush draw that just hit, or i'm ahead.
I have an active stack of 18.94 in an $18 pot here.

Thoughts?

I think it would be check call for me. He could also have a straight and you can check to induce him to potentially bluff.

Betting the full pot on the turn looks like you made a decision to commit to me. The best move would have probably been to overbet the turn a good bit and get it in on any river with an alternative of betting $3-4 on the turn and b/f'ing the river on this card.
