Villain is unknown.
It seems a clear push on the river but it is?
If we push he will call and win with AA, KK, AK, K5 but I'm not sure he would call with a flush or Kx here.
Our check/push otr would be super strong. bet, check/call, check/push
I would just call the river because I can't see value from worst hands.

ALLIN! He is extremely unlikely to have AA, KK, or AK, as he should be 3betting those. There are 2 possible combos of K5s. He may or may not have K5o, but if you lose here, you've gotta lose all your chips.

Villain shouldn't have AK/AA/KK here, if he does it's a cooler and not worth thinking about

Yeah, some folks do not 3bet those hands (though they should). Personally, I would not shove, interested in what solver says.

Now that we know villain is a huge nit maybe we don't shove, but vs reasonable ranges villain has like 4 combos of better boats. Plenty of flushes that can call us and 44

The only clear blunder is the river raise, it makes absolutely no sense to leave so little behind after you raise

Flop is also a bit small, but river is the real mistake here

calling is a -2500 bb/100 mistake compared to jamming...

What? It is a half pot river bet, and you have basically the nuts. He can have all flushes. You heavily block the few full houses that should be in his range. If he has hands like AK,AA,KK in range he might also have raised them a lot on earlier streets. He can have K4s. Even vs a player you know is flatting AK sometimes this has to be a jam, insane value loss to call
