is the river a call or fold

Hey Guys
So this hand has got me thinking alot and i cant seem to decide whether i played it ok or horrible. i think the turn is a call as i have 12 outs and i was getting 3 to 1 i need at least 25% to call and it worked out i had 24% card odds but i figured if i my opponent was on a straight i could get most if not all of his stack in on the river if i hit a diamond or a 6. Just not sure whether the river was a call. i knew i was ahead of the button as he pretty much telegraphed what he had with his bet on the turn. i wasnt 100% on what the small blind had. cheers guys
