Folding on any street is a start.

Firstly if you bet the turn bet bigger around .75.

On the river fold.

Fold to the 3bet. Give up on the hand everywhere. Betting the turn is terrible, you rep too narrow a range of like.... Ad and 9x, and you're not going to know what to do on a diamond or non-diamond river. I don't see any value in betting or protecting the hand. Calling the river is also terrible, nothing worse bets the river.

Id fold pre, if you are going to raise make it at least 0.20. Snapfold to the 3bet

check behind on turn, if you do want to bet make it at least 0.60

fold river

You didn't fold pre, you checked the flop when you flopped a gutshot, you bet too small on the turn. River just looks FOS on his part but it's still probably a fold. I still think you played it better than BB though, even with all those mistakes.

I fold preflop both times I have a chance to put money in the pot unless the blinds are both bad players.

The 9 on the turn finishes so many draws that I probably just check and fold at any other point in the hand. You really don't beat anything at all here.
