PonceP: ??

No infos on villain. Seems to be a std reg TAG, multi-tabling.

Here, I call his 3Bet for my positional advantage, and I believe my cards have a good post-flop equity. On the flop, I chose to float my GS + BD FD.

The 5 on the turn gives me SD value, so i check it back and take the free card with at least 6 outs to improve. Did I have to bet on the turn ?

River ??

French mates analysed my hand, and told me my mistake was preflop. I chosed to play this spot even if I could have waited for an easier one, but I want to learn to beat regs, in order to move up ASAP at nl50.

What u think 2+2ers ??

Forgive my english BTW.

Fold or 4b pre. If ur going to call to try and out play people post the use 67s or something. mainly a hand that wont get into rio spots. Its a good hand to 4b pre imo

4-bet/fold with the ace blocker I take it? Could be good if we know villain only continues with premiums. I agree calling is fraught with danger, we could be in wb situation on lots of Axx flops. I fold here unless I am confident that I know the villain's weakness post-flop - as we are probably going to have to semi-bluff & that has cost me many a stack!

Fold pre. I won't 4bet there because if he shoves over we have to Fold, but yet 4bet/folding is bad, so we're screwed. I like your flop and turn thought process, but river is a fold. You want to get to showdown cheaply, he's denying you of that, so fold.

Why is 4b/f A5s bad?
