Why do you want to represent flush? I dont think he will fold set or AK or Ks to your minraise. Why not betting river if you want to rep flush? Also make bigger raise than minraise on turn if you want to rep flush. He definitely was afraid of flush and bet of ~7$ on river would have won you the pot.

Anyway, dont raise turn. You have plenty of showdown equity and I dont think villain will be firing river too often considering his turn bet was pretty small. You will see AT+ really often.

I kind of like it as played, maybe raising a tad more though and folding to reraise and sizable lead OTR. The small (blocking?) bet OTT can be raised for thin value IMO and makes the draws to pay. As said I think you will see a lot of AT+, plus high pocket pairs and draws here. All maybe paying OTT raise.
