You realise the point was I broke even without showdown over the last 30k hands after plugging some leaks right?

I hate that damn red line. 3 day ago my red line for the day went up consistently for 2k hands then back to BE over the next 1500 hands. Next day I ran BE over 3k hands but noticed my redline was spikey (lots of medium pots), yesterday my redline nose dived all day in a prefect straight line 45 degrees down and ended with me down 3 buyins in non showdown pots. Then last night I dropped a level to try and cool off and again saw a steady upward trend on the redline for the session.

Given that history, I wont give you advice but i believe for me the key is avoiding post flop nit****.

I think worrying about the overall red line is over-rated. What you should aim for though, is for your red line to be very positive in all positions other than the blinds. This means taking stabs in good spots, generally playing aggressively postflop, using position well etc.
