CO is a uber nit 12/11/1.6 200 hands
BB is a fish 45/5 100 hand

i didn't 3 bet cause i dont know what to do if this guy 4 bet me

on turn i get suspicious what CO could have, i think he could play this way 44 or a pair TT+

so on river i dont think he is bluffing, too bad fold here?

CO is never super strong here seems like a blocker bet trying to get to SD 77-TT if he had you beat im sure he would raise flop/turn. May even go for c/r on river if he has boat as you lok strong betting twice into 2 players. Id flat river bet as your never getting called by worse. Take a note on CO play also.

Bet bigger on the turn fish prob isnt folding and A on the turn so we can get it in easy on the river.

I'd call river. I don't think he plays a full house this way, and his river bet looks like some weak one pair hand or maybe even some AK-AJ that he couldn't let go until the river.

There is a small chance he indeed has a monster and is trying to induce a raise by betting small, but I seriously doubt it.

I think you will not get much value by 3betting preflop agaisnt a nit unless he will call with tt-QQ AQ AK in which case I would 3bet fold to a 4b. Fish on the blinds is another good reason to just call.

I would call river. but his line is very suspicious and looks like a slowplay.

bet 6 or more on turn. with two other people in the pot, the nit has 20% pot odds and can basically call with just a flush draw in the worst case.

it almost looks like you've missed a draw or was trying to get a cheap river card with AJ+, flush draw...he probably has either a mid pocket pair, like 99, TT, or JJ
or, if he's really passive and bad postflop, could have been slow playing AA, KK...

which is likely, with another person in the pot, nits get scared and will take a check calling line, if all seems fine on the river, they dont know how to properly value bet their under repped hand and will do just that..
